Abstract

Excerpt: The Sandbox Collective is the latest addition to Manila’s roster of theater companies. Spearheaded by Christopher (Toff) de Venecia and Anna Santamaria, the theater company aims to reach out to today’s generation of theatergoers. According to the company’s write-up, The Sandbox Collective is “committed to the procurement and development of new, groundbreaking, and cutting-edge theatrical work.”
