Current Pedagogy on the Filipino Language and Research on the Philippines in China
Abstract
Sa mga nagdaang taon, ang domestikong pangangailangan para sa pagsasanay sa talento ng pagsasalita ng Filipino pati na ang pag-aaral nito ay sumisikat. At ang iba’t ibang kagawaran, negosyo, at institusyon ay may agarang pangangailangan para sa nasabing mga talento. Ang Peking University ang unang unibersidad sa Tsina na nagturo ng wikang ito. Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ng nasabing unibersidad, ang mga programa ukol sa wika at kultura ng Pilipinas ay umusbong sa Tsina. Ang ganitong modelo ng propesyonal na konstruksiyon at ang pag-unlad na nag-uugnay sa mga domestikong unibersidad ay nagdala ng bagong sigla sa mga pananaliksik ukol sa Pilipinas.
English Abstract
In the previous years, the domestic need for developing talent in speaking, including research, in Filipino is on the rise. And various departments, businesses, and institutions have urgent needs for these talents. Peking University is the first university in China to teach this language. Under the leadership of this university, the programs on the language and culture in the Philippines developed in China. This model of professional construction and development linked to domestic universities brought new interest to research on the Philippines.
