Abstract

Leading for Sustainability explores how leaders can act with a pro-environmental mindset; effectively address the challenges of the times; and ensure the creation of a sustainable future for organisations. It looks at social modelling; blogging; and how social media can influence leadership practice that will result in both organisational and community sustainability. It hopes to inspire leaders to crusade on and solve the wicked problems of our world by sharing the leadership experiences in sustainability creation of global brands such as Nike; IKEA; and Unilever; and of local brands such as Ayala Corporation and First Philippine Holdings.
