Abstract
This book contains findings of the second conduct of the Remittance Investment Climate Analysis in Rural Hometowns (RICART) tool. Ricart sought to determine if overseas Filipinos will invest their remittances in their rural birthplace, in this case Pandi, Bulacan in the Philippines. This second conduct of Ricart was supported by an anonymous Catholic donor from Europe.
